A journey that started in 2015 on the markets of Manchester’s Hulme high street, Oh My Glaze is the flavour-packing project of Stockport-born street food chef, Scott Graham.

At a time when Manchester’s street food scene was exploding, Scott made his name while on the road with American-style street food and unique, homemade glazes served from his trailer come rain or shine. In 2016, he landed his first permanent pitch in Manchester’s city centre, where roadside breakfasts and lunch with a twist were dished-out to an ever-growing crowd.

In 2020, after 5 years of street food serving, Scott teamed up with his childhood mate, Adam Thomas, to get his specialty hot sauces packed into bottles and out to the people.

Creating the unexpected was always the aim – be it merging the world’s hottest chilli with the sweetness of banana, or combining the Scotch Bonnet with wild rhubarb from Scott’s mum’s garden, Oh My Glaze’s hand-crafted flavours have always been far from run-of-the-mill.
