INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the Eggs:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season them with salt and pepper.

Sauté the Vegetables (Optional):
If you're using diced peppers and onions, sauté them in a skillet with a little oil or butter until they become tender, which should take about 3-5 minutes. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Eggs:
In the same skillet, add a bit more oil or butter and pour in the whisked eggs. Scramble them until they're fully cooked. If you sautéed vegetables separately, you could add them back to the skillet when the eggs are almost done to heat them up.

Assemble the Burrito:
Warm the flour tortilla in a dry skillet or microwave for about 10-15 seconds to make it more pliable.
Place the tortilla on a flat surface, and in the centre of the tortilla, add OMG Bloody Mary, the cooked eggs, sliced breakfast sausages, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and sautéed vegetables if you used them.

Fold the Burrito:
Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, and then fold up the bottom of the tortilla over the fillings. Roll the tortilla tightly from the bottom up, creating a burrito.

Optional: Grill the Burrito (Optional):
For an extra touch of crispiness, you can heat the burrito in a skillet over medium-high heat with a little butter. Cook it for a few minutes on each side until it's golden brown.
